“TEA for All” is a Global Speakers Online Programme inviting young people and leaders from different places in the world to share thoughts with local young people in Hong Kong. The speakers will navigate the impact of COVID-19 on their work, study and lives, thus sharing thoughts of new possibilities. Through online platforms, young people will be able to exchange ideas with international figures and youth in other places beyond the border.
The Programme aims at allowing young people to learn in a relaxing manner and be inspired to TEA:
Format
The Programme will be held from April to May 2020 targeted at young people, from secondary school, tertiary institutions and to those in the work place. It comprises two series giving information about what is happening across the world and sharing insights about leadership for future readiness.

Nozipho Mpanza
Co-founder - Building Blocks
Nozipho is the co-founder of Building Blocks, an organisation that offers entrepreneurship education courses to students who wish to enterprise their skills and ideas. She is a business development strategist and media practitioner. Her core strengths lie in business development, strategy development, professional communication and data analysis. She is committed to assisting organisational leaders create workspaces that reflect the evolving world.
Nozipho is passionate about creating structures that create profit for purpose and enterprising the strengths of individuals to create efficient teams. In 2018, she was selected as the recipient of the Leading South Africa award for her excellence in civic engagement and awarded a scholarship to attend the One Young World Conference in the Netherlands.
She has spoken on numerous stages across the world and enjoys leading audiences to unlock intrinsic value. She delivers keynotes on building responsive businesses, decentralized management in the modern world of work, understanding the cultural economy of the workplace as well as the millennial mindset as it pertains to work.
She has written for various publications and developed a keen interest in helping women steward their finances. Born and raised in Johannesburg, she describes her childhood as colorful and affirming.
Nozipho’s life has been one decorated by the generosity of time, spirit, opportunity and love. She uses her story to help individuals and businesses identify the positive patterns of their own journeys, capitalize on these and address their development gaps in the most effective manners.
Geoffrey See
General Manager, Head of Identity - Trusting Social
Geoffrey See is a General Manager and Head of Digital Identity for Trusting Social, a startup using AI to drive financial inclusion for 800M customers in emerging markets. In a time of digitalization, deglobalization and social distancing, digital finance is a long-term trend accelerated by COVID19, which Trusting Social helps banks and non-bank lenders adapt to. Previously, Geoffrey worked with a range of frontier markets and technologies. As Founder of Choson Exchange, Geoffrey built the leading grassroots-led organization driving economic change in North Korea, training over 2000 North Koreans in entrepreneurship, economic policy and law and reaching more than 10,000 with their materials. In North Korea, his work exposed a generation of Koreans to international practices, and contributed to enterprise reform, Special Economic Zones establishment and legal reforms strengthening property rights. His work has been written up as Harvard Business School case study, which he helps teach to Harvard MBAs in a class on Global Capitalism. He has survived two near-death experiences in his work in North Korea. Geoffrey also advises an inter-Korean government project, is a Kauffman Fellow in venture capital and is passionate about technologies for financial inclusion and data. He co-founded a co-working space business in Vietnam and established a securities exchange in Singapore built on blockchain technology. Geoffrey graduated from Yale University and the Wharton School and was an exchange student at Tsinghua University.
Deaky Wong
Aviation Officer - World Food Programme
Deaky is an aviation officer bases in Rome, Italy for World Food Programme (WFP), a food-assistance branch of the United Nations and the world's largest humanitarian organisation addressing hunger and promoting food security. Prior to joining WFP, Deaky has been working for Cathay Pacific Airways for over seven years, in the aviation industry. She completed her degree in logistics, supply chain management from The University of Hong Kong and a master in transport policy & planning.
Vivian Leung
Co-founder - Leaders for Good Initiative
With management consulting experience and currently serving as a regional business manager at a global bank, Vivian has problem solving as an integral part of her DNA. Passionate for sustainable development and innovation and technology for good, Vivian initiated a digital tech startup project to promote financial literacy through chatbot powered by Artificial intelligence, and applied her know-how to lead Design Thinking seminars and pro bono consulting workshops for NGOs, universities and at international conferences in Hong Kong, Japan, Kazakhstan and Bangladesh. She is currently part of a local youth think tank to suggest policy alternatives for the sustainable development of Hong Kong. She is a Chevening Scholar and holds a Master’s degree in Management of Information System and Digital Innovation from London School of Economics.
Andre Kwok
Founder - Good City Foundation
Andre has been on an entrepreneur journey ever since 2012 in emerging Southeast Asia, as the Founder of Future City Summit(Good City Foundation), a multilateral development organisation basing in Hong Kong, Jakarta, Manila and Bangkok, curating summits and development programs in urban development, food, fintech, governance and policy, connecting to over 30+ emerging cities in Asia and Africa through established Emerging Future Cities Network, both public and private sectors.
While entitled Young Leaders of Tomorrow 2019 in St. Gallen Symposium, Andre is currently Li Ka Shing Scholar in Public Policy at Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in The National University of Singapore.
Savinda Ranathunga
Regional Youth Project Coordinator - United Nations Development Programme (Bangkok Regional Hub)
Savinda is a Civil Engineering graduate from Moratuwa University Sri Lanka, he also possesses charted qualifications in Management and Marketing and a Diploma in Buddhism. He worked as an Environmental Engineer at Brandix ltd. And, lectured at Achievers and Wizma Business Schools. He also supported to create 5 startups across the Sri Lanka, Viet Nam and Thailand.
He is engaged in the startup and youth development sector in Asia-Pacific over the last 12 years through his engagement with AIESEC and UNDP, where he currently holds the position of Regional Youth Project Coordinator of UNDP Asia-Pacific. Savinda is currently pursuing his PhD in Chulalongkorn University in Thailand.
Jonathan Ho
Co-founder - Leaders for Good Initiative
Jonathan is a sustainability strategist, educator, public policy advocate, and green finance specialist. He has experience in training citizen scientists to become champions for environmental sustainability locally across Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Jakarta, leading to publication of peer-reviewed articles in journals and presentations in Hong Kong and New Delhi. As a pioneer in corporate sustainability transformation, Jonathan developed and submitted industry-backed policy recommendations to the HKSAR government and Hong Kong Stock Exchange, and initiated industry-level collaborations including a charter in which 60+ companies committed to set and achieve decarbonisation targets. He holds a Master’s degree in environmental education from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in environmental science and engineering from the University of California, Los Angeles.
