The pandemic has catalyzed the "gig economy", leading to more people taking up freelance or part-time jobs, while at the same time a number of sectors are in urgent need of digital transformation. It is very likely that many of these new normals will persist even after the pandemic, which is why it is so important to help young people diversify their vocational skills and adjust their mindsets if they are to succeed in our ever-changing economies. In this webinar, we will invite market experts and successful start-up founders to share their stories, analyse future job market trends, predict the skills needed after the pandemic, discuss the possibilities and opportunities for reskilling, and share their tips and experience in dealing with workplace adversity.
