Dylan has extensive training experiences in the technology education field. He provided coding-related training to more than 400 teachers and 3,000 students in Hong Kong. His team at Caprikon Education has sourced world-class and award-winning learning platforms from all over the world to aid the technology education development in the Asia Pacific Region, including CodeCombat and an artificial intelligence platform.

Frank is a Chartered Surveyor (General Practice) by profession. He has been an entrepreneur since 2013 managing businesses in Real Estate, Construction and Retail Technology. He started his entrepreneurial journey eight years ago with a few Property Development projects in the United Kingdom and Greece, successfully built up a property investment portfolio and a hospitality brand called Crystal Waters. He relocated back to Hong Kong in 2018 and picked up the family business as a General Building Contractor in Hong Kong. He also started a Retail Technology company in 2019 producing auto telling photo-taking machines supplying to the local market and overseas markets like Taiwan, United Kingdom and the United States.

Kenneth is the Founder of KIDsforSDGs, a Hong Kong-based SDG-oriented education for the sustainable development platform. KIDsforSDGs is a non-profit venture which hopes to empower youth through a deeper learning and capacity-building approach to become young global citizens of the world. He is the CEO of Global Citizen Capital, an impact-oriented multi-family office venture based out of Hong Kong focused on healthcare, technology, renewables, and education. He is also a serial entrepreneur, co-founding the MXA Group and Family Mask (for-profit), Better Together Foundation, and Asia World Anti-Aging and Well-Being Association (non-profit). Kenneth has worked 15 years in the finance industry, serving as the CIO to a large Chinese listed conglomerate as well as a financial professional at UBS AG and Deutsche Bank in the investment banking and equities divisions. He has a cum laude dual degree from the University of Pennsylvania and The Wharton School of Business, speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Raymond Yam
Raymond Yam, a delegate of Dragon 2017, graduated from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University with a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Product Development and analysis) and a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering (First class Honors).
In the third year of Raymond’s bachelor degree, he started to design and develop his first device – AcuTune Eye Massager and this eventually became his first startup – SightSeeker Limited. Since the developing stage, Raymond and his team have granted funding offered by the Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups and is currently one of the incubatee in Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks.
With sufficient financial support, Raymond and his team started to build their first prototype by analysing competitors’ design, generating ideas for products’ unique selling points, and developing 3D stretches for manufacturing. And now, they have developed their fifth version of the AcuTune Eye Massager.

Sandhya is a Chartered Accountant with over six years of experience in audit advisory, corporate finance and M&A due diligence. At 21, she was one of the youngest candidates to secure National Highest marks in what is ranked as the world’s top 10 toughest professional examination (CA) which has an average pass percentage of 3-7%. Most recently, as Chief Operating Officer, she has been leading the strategic and product initiatives of an Ed-Tech start-up that provides inclusive technology education and mentorship to Neurodiverse individuals aiding them to upskill themselves in a unique immersive learning system and enabling them to be independently employable. Her passion for social impact traverses many spectrums such as writing impactful stories and mentoring individuals with special abilities. Sandhya is also a featured writer on Medium and has over 100 stories in other web publications with a subscriber base of over 30,000 in India. Tina is a first-generation college graduate and professional from a Chinese-American family in the San Francisco Bay Area.
At Chinatown Community Development Center, Tina developed and managed housing counselling and leadership development programmes from conception through delivery serving low-income communities including monolingual immigrants. She built broad, diverse coalitions to advocate for improved equitable access to social safety net programmes, economic and social opportunities, and civic engagement for marginalised, grassroots communities while working closely with local leaders in government, the community, and across community-based nonprofits.
While at Home Match SF, Tina was instrumental in launching San Francisco’s first publicly funded home-sharing programme through a unique model that allowed the elderly to receive extra help around the house and age in place. At AnitaB.org, Tina designed, iterated, and managed global programming and events that supported 80+ Partner companies and sponsors interested in driving key diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) outcomes and better workplace culture including the Technical Executive Forum at the Grace Hopper Celebration, the world's largest conference and celebration for women in technology.
Tina is passionate about community service, paying it forward, addressing systemic inequities, and developing and scaling programmes, services, and initiatives towards a more just world.

Anna is currently working as a corporate banker for J.P. Morgan covering the US, EMEA and APAC listed company’s Asia business presence. She helps APAC treasurers and CFO of these companies to provide banking services that they need. The scope of banking services includes investment banking - IPO, M&A, treasury services, asset management and global markets FX hedging. She worked with her counterparts from APAC across 14 markets and helped clients to manage their corporate financing, liquidity management and FX risk exposure management needs. She dedicated her career to corporate banking since graduation and worked in the industry for over seven years as of now.
Anna is also currently a member of the executive committee of DragoNation as a treasurer for the 2021 team. Prior to that, she has joined the programme Dragon 100 in 2018 organised by The Dragon Foundation and The HKFYG, she is very impressed by the programme and how it brings her to a new horizon by getting to know youth leadership from all walks of lives in different fields, including start-ups, finance, science as well as art field.

Cathy was born to Chinese parents who relocated many times in different countries. HD is a Finance MBA from the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has complex backgrounds and solid foundations in the shipping business and construction sector. After graduation from Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, he joined The Second Bureau of China Construction Company in Shenzhen and was in charge of project biddings and market development. Then HD was recruited by the Port Authority of Singapore where he led a team in container terminal frontline operations for three years. In the following years in Singapore, HD worked in MSC Asia Regional Office and Maersk Singapore focused on shipping network execution and vessel stowage. After this, he got an opportunity to work with the Government of India in the strategy and planning department. With a work experience of almost four and a half years, he set out to explore boundaries and go global and decided to pursue an MBA. He was looking to unleash the potential and having known of the fact that all the growth in the next decade is bound to happen in Asia, he chose Hong Kong as his helipad.
One striking feature that he learnt while working at different organisations is that great workplaces become great only with the leadership of able individuals. From then onwards, he always had in mind that he wanted to make a difference at whatever he did. He strongly believes that great leaders are not born but created. He is a self-reflective person who makes a conscious effort to always do things most effectively. Born, raised, and educated in the UK, Loz moved to Hong Kong after living and studying in Mainland China. In 2020, Loz began his current role as Fundraising and Communications Manager at Feeding Hong Kong after almost a decade of working with non-profit organisations, social enterprises, and in the private sector in Hong Kong. His experience across sectors suits this role well, and he is excited to work at the intersection of the private and impact sectors while addressing environmental and social issues at the same time.
Throughout Loz’s career, leading others to impactful action has been an important part of his professional life, from identifying and convening allies to drive volunteering and CSR efforts in the local office of a consulting company, to inspiring action from colleagues based in over 40 countries around the globe.

After graduation from Hong Kong Shue Yan College with an Honor Diploma in Counseling and Psychology Double Major Stream in 2004, Martin advanced his study at The University of New England in association with the Hong Kong Shue Yan University with a Master’s Degree in Counseling.
Martin has been working in the HKFYG, the largest youth service organisation in Hong Kong for over 15 years, with a current position of Programme Manager at The Dragon Foundation, nurturing young people of Chinese origin worldwide as leaders of tomorrow. He has an extensive background in organising events and coordinating programmes related to youth leadership, heritage preservation and youth volunteer service.

Melanie began her career in Investment Banking, working at Macquarie Group in both London and Hong Kong from 2006 - 2015. At the time of her departure, she held the position of Chief Operating Officer for Asia-Pacific Funds Fundraising, managing a diverse team across eight countries. Melanie also sat on the Asia Pacific Steering Committee for the Macquarie Foundation, implementing a pan-Asian project to combat modern slavery.
In 2015, Melanie joined Justice Centre Hong Kong, a local NGO focussing on the human rights of refugees and human trafficking victims through direct assistance and research, policy and advocacy. She was motivated to join this organisation to have a greater social impact and sense of fulfilment in her work and was appointed Head of Development and a member of the Senior Management Team in 2016. Since late 2019, she has held overall responsibility for the organisation, first in an acting role and since late 2020 as formally appointed by the Board as Executive Director.

Florence Cheng is the Head of Impact Strategy of Social Ventures Hong Kong (SVhk), an Impact Purpose Organisation dedicated to innovating social change through pioneering impact ventures, orchestrating impact capital, and cultivating a movement of good.
She leads SVhk’s strategy consulting project in her current capacity, working closely with corporate and non-profit partners such as the Urban Renew Authority, HKBN Group, and Swire Trust to innovate purpose-driven positioning and invert new opportunities to embed that purpose across their organisations.
She also drives strategic philanthropy, business development, impact reporting, and other portfolio management activities for impact ventures, including the Community Resilience Fund (a bridging loan facility for Hong Kong’s social enterprises) and SVhk’s own “Business 2.0” platform to cultivate a purpose-driven business community in Hong Kong and beyond.
Florence graduated from the London School of Economics and worked in management consulting in the UK and Hong Kong prior to joining SVhk. She was an inaugural fellow at the Asia Young Activist Researcher Fellowship programme hosted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and participated in the 2019 American Express Leadership Academy.

After obtaining a Master degree in Mathematics from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Kelvin joined the Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. in 2011. He was promoted to Manager (System Analytics) in 2019. Currently, Kelvin is managing a team that aims to utilize AI algorithms and machine learning models to draw new business insights into the company’s development. His team is also responsible for the company’s matters regarding system analytics, for example maintaining and analysing operational statistics and performing electricity load forecasts. As a team leader, he led his team to conduct data analytics projects and adopt innovative ways to solve problems. In 2019, the team completed a collaborative study with the Hong Kong Observatory in which they brainstormed some new ideas to improve load forecast accuracy.
Kelvin is eager to learn and keep upgrading both his technical knowledge and leadership skills. In 2019, he had the honour to be qualified as a Certified Statistician of the Hong Kong Statistical Society. In the next year, he completed the company’s Young Talent Development Programme, which equipped him with the necessary skills to excel as a first-line leader. He believes that lifelong learning is the key to success for any career nowadays.

His major duties are to ensure his team to process tendering and contracts administration effectively, including supervising other colleagues in handling purchase requisitions and carrying out post-contract administration work, leading other user departments in formulating contracting and procurement strategies, determining tendering plans for the upcoming projects, streamlining the supply chain of various electrical equipment, and influencing user departments and contractors whenever contractual disputes arisen to come up with a win-win solution without compromising the company’s interest.
Victor received a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering, both in Electrical Engineering from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. After graduation from his first degree in 2009, He joined HK Electric as a Graduate Trainee and since then, he has been working as an electrical engineer under a number of different departments in the company. In 2020, Victor was qualified by The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and obtained its membership in Electrical Discipline.

Clement Cheng is the Solution Sales Manager of En-trak, an award-winning property technology company venture-backed by Alibaba and CLP. He works with property developers and large corporate clients in Asia to digitally transform their buildings and workspace to create a more sustainable environment.
Being trained as an engineer, Clement started his career in the building technology sector focusing on innovation and sustainability. He has always been passionate about using technology to create a more sustainable environment. One of the most prominent projects he helped create was the first Zero Carbon Building in Hong Kong from proposal design to deployment.
As a team leader, Clement is involved in leading and training recruits to align their skills and ensure that they can effectively articulate our company values and propositions. He is a firm believer in big data. He is also a regular invited speaker and panellist at various local and regional workshops and events to advocate digital transformation and sustainability such as WWF, HK Green Building Council and Business Environmental Council.
