The HKFYG Leadership Institute Leadership Skills Qualification Framework

The HKFYG Leadership Skills Qualification Framework is a 6-level system. Courses will be assigned to different levels according to their difficulties and the required skillsets at each level. Participants are required to attend certain hours of training in order to complete one level of training. Participants cannot take courses in the next level if they cannot complete the assigned levels. The Institute will create portfolio for each participants in order to record their courses enrolled, certificates achieved and leadership training journey.
