We value the immersive nature of the camp and believe that delegates gain the most from participating in all sessions. Therefore, taking leave during the event is strongly discouraged. Leaving in the middle of the camp may disrupt the learning experience for both the delegate and their peers in the group. If a delegate chooses to leave during the camp, they will not be permitted to re-join the group, and no refund will be provided.
However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances arise, such as illness. In the event that a delegate falls ill, they may take sick leave. It is important to inform the group leader promptly about the situation so that appropriate arrangements can be made.
Answer:
If activities cannot be carried out due to any extreme weather conditions, we will arrange alternative activities for the group with safety. The organising committee reserves all rights to decide whether the programme be continued or terminated based on the situation at that time. No refund will be made.
