This course is a brand-new leadership training programme designated for student leaders possessing leadership positions within secondary schools. The programme aims to cultivate students' leadership abilities, communication skills, and teamwork capabilities, enabling them to become outstanding leaders. This training programme combines theoretical knowledge with practical experience, providing opportunities for participants to interact with their peers through discussions, role-plays, group projects, and case studies. The goal is to foster participants’ development of confidence, responsibility, and problem-solving skills to tackle future challenges.

Student leaders will have the opportunity to interact with peers form other schools in similar leadership positions share experiences, learn from others and establish strong connections.
Diversified Training Approach
The programme combines lectures, workshops, and day camp to create a diversified learning experience. It follows with a hybrid format, creating dynamic learning environment.
Team-building Challenge Day Camp
Through a full day of outdoor training activities, student leaders learn how to manage and unite teams, applying their training outcomes to leading their peer groups. This is a valuable opportunity to put leadership skills into practice.
Self-selected Leadership Skills Workshops
The workshops offer comprehensive leadership skills training, including team management, effective communication, creative problem-solving, morale boosting, and conflict management. These skills enhance participants' confidence and leadership abilities.
Certificate Commendation System
Participants who meet the course requirements and achieve an attendance rate of no less than 75% will be awarded a certificate, recognising their efforts and achievements.
