About the Programme

In today's rapidly changing world, effective communication and critical thinking are vital for success. As future leaders and professionals, young people are pivotal in shaping innovative and adaptable strategies for navigating this complex landscape. For students to thrive and stay competitive, developing their communication competence encompasses not only the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively but also to actively listen, understand diverse perspectives, and engage in constructive dialogue.

This programme, organised by The HKFYG Leadership Institute, supported by SCOLAR and funded by the Language Fund, aims to equip young people with:

  1. Effective communication;
